Harvest by hand in 10 kg boxes. Reception of specially selected grapes. Removal of the stems without crushing the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in American oak barrels of 500 litres. Batonnage for 16 days. Malolactic fermentation in American oak barrel of 500 litres. Periodic rackings with controls of quality and tasting.

Colour: Brilliant and intense red cherry. Aroma: Intense and long fruity aromas, soft, well combined and good balance. Taste: Round, tasty, unctuous, nice tannins and good backbone.

Temperatura de consumo entre 15 y 18ºC.
